Q&A
- What can you advise me about my size? My wrist to finger tip is 18,5 cm (or max 19 cm is I stretch) and my palm width is about 8 cm, maybe 3 mm more. I have bought S. I read a lot about people find it hard to get the gloves on, but I can put them on with just a little wiggle. When dry, they are quite tight. I have small wrists, but I can imagine them to be a bit too tight around the wrists and the hand when wearing them longer. I haven't tried them in the water tho (so I can return them). Now I wonder if M is a better size for me. is S too tight of will they loosen up in water/ after use? Will M be to big to keep my hands warm? I swim in water that can reach around 4 degrees C. I hope you can advise me.

- Can you tell.me about the sizing for the heat tech gloves. I am female tall with average size handd
- Please measure your hand wrist to finger tip, and the width of your palm, and compare these measurements to the size guide displayed against the gloves. If you need any further help please contact hello@zone3.com
- Do you recommend wearing the heat tech gloves under or over the end of wetsuit sleeves?
- Where possible we'd recommend under the wetsuit to provide a good seal at the wrists
- Is there a technique for getting the heat tech gloves on? I bought the same size as I use in the standard gloves but these I struggled getting on and whilst swimming felt like they were cutting off my circulation
- Hi Julie, Thank you for your message. I wouldn't say there is a technique as such, no We have received feedback to suggest they come up a little small and it just requires a bit of force to get your hands in. They are designed to be tight, in order to keep water out but it shouldn't be so tight that it cuts off your circulation.
- I have Heattech gloves which were brilliant when I get them but I now they let water in very quickly and my hands are cold within ten minutes of entering the sea, why have my gloves lost their heat retention so quick? I also struggle to dry the gloves inside; please can you recommend the best drying process.
