This is an important technique point to ensure that the hand enters the water with the least resistance and the rest of the hand enters smoothly as the shoulder and hip rotation takes place.

The hand paddles are made from polypropylene making them extremely durable, lightweight and flexible. There is a raised area on the palm to help support the natural shape of your hand and a large number of strap configurations available to ensure a comfortable fit.
